Fixed price menu - no vat on top!

Our prices are based on a fixed price menu which we find our customers really like as they know exactly where they stand. For standard loft ladders this means that there is no need for quote, we just come out and fit one and you know it will be the price you see below. This is also much quicker for you - just one appointment and you know it’s all done. For itemised quotes too , the quote is basically made up of the prices below so there are no unpleasant surprises. For example, if you wanted a wooden loft ladder and LED 5ft light you know before our site visit (to check that it can be done) that the price will be £710 + £150 = £860. Simples!

Three section loft ladder supplied & professionally fitted Smooth action, flat treads, supplied with access pole. hinged swing-down hatch usually required: please let us know if your hatch has rounded corners. Handrail for metal ladders Wooden loft ladder Fits opening 55 x 111cm. Supplied and professionally fitted with new opening if required. Wide treads, handrail as standard, all wood construction, requires site survey Telescopic loft ladder These are a good half-way house between our standard aluminium loft ladders and the wooden type. They have a really nice chunky feel to them, Hinged swing-down hatch (ONLY AVAILABLE WITH LADDER) with hinges, draft proofing & turn catch to fit ladder pole. Generally required for all 2 & 3 section aluminium loft ladders. NB For hatches with rounded corners or metal hatches see replace plastic push-up hatch below. Plastic/metal loft opening hatch - convert to wood loft opening - where you have a rounded loft opening with a lid made of metal or plastic. We can’t cut this down to a drop-down hatch so will have to remove it and replace the hatch & architrave with wood Plastic/metal loft opening hatch - replace with plastic drop-down hinged hatch. Instead of converting a plastic or metal hatch to wood, in some cases we are able to replace a standard- sized hatch with a new plastic drop-down hatch. New loft opening - where you don’t already have loft access, or its in the wrong place, or it requires major alterations. Loft light - high power LED 5 ft, with switch next to loft opening
